Payment

  • We only accept Paypal as payment for orders. All prices are quoted in Singapore dollars inclusive of 7% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Collection of purchase

  • We will inform customers on the collection of purchases via email. Customers are required to collect their purchases at the designated pick-up point within SUTD campus on the stipulated date.
  • We do not provide delivery service.

Returns & Replacements

  • Should there be discrepancies in items received, please send us an email at help-marketing@sutd.edu.sg. All issues must be reported within 2 working days of receiving the Products. Refunds for Product purchased under promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price. Returns/Refunds can be arranged under the following circumstances:
  • If any Product is received in a damaged/defective condition or wrong items provided, exchange of Product/refund will be provided.
  • If any Product which was not included in the Customer’s order is received by the Customer, SUTD Store shall collect the Product from the Customer.
  • If the Customer has been charged for a Product which is not in stock, SUTD Store shall refund the Customer the value of the Product as originally charged to the Customer.
  • If a Customer is charged more than the value of a Product, SUTD Store shall refund to the Customer the difference.

Cancellation of Orders

  • We do not accept cancellation of orders.
